Replace your bra when it no longer fits properly or when the cups or wire are worn out. Typically,

bras should be replaced after approximately 100 washes or 6 months of use due to loss of elasticity.

Hand washing is preferred for longevity, but if machine washing is necessary:

Wash lingerie separately to avoid discoloration.

 Hook bras before placing them in the machine.

 Use a muslin laundry bag.

 Wash on a delicate cycle and remove before the spin cycle.

For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returned briefs, panties, or shape-wear panties.

1. Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.

2. Use the butter paper to wrap to secure and protect the products inside.

3. Enclose your invoice inside and place the box back inside the tamper-proof envelope and secure it with a tape.

5. In case we cannot pick it up, simply courier the parcel to our address.

6. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.In either case, please also enclose any Candyskin Collectable items or any other free gifts you received with your order.

Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order. Due to reasons including hygiene only bras can be exchanged. Reverse pick up will be arranged as soon as the exchange request is received.

We will take 5 - 7 business days after receiving the returned order to evaluate if the items are eligible for return – i.e., they are unwashed, unworn and in a hygienic condition. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within the next 5-7 business days. In some cases refunds may take up to 21 buisness days to be processed.

If you cancel an order before its shipped and you have already paid for it, 5% convenience charge will be levied and the rest of the amount will be refunded to your payment method.

In case you cancel the order after it is shipped 5% conveniece charge on the amount + shipping charges on actuals shall be deducted as all our prices include shipping.
