6 Ways to care for your breast
1.Eat Nutritional foods, go for locally or organically grown produce
2. Move your body, try a yoga class near you, go for a run or walk at a local park, swim or take a fun dance class
3.If you are a nurturing mother, breast-feed as long as possible
4. Avoid tight-fitting bra’s and sleep without any bra if possible
5. Eat enough green, red and yellow foods
6. Check yourself for any lumps, or hormonal imbalances, cysts, nipple bleed, or rash on the breast and consult your gp or gynecologist at the earliest.
